    How are you feeling?

In today's story at 2pm, Arthur is feeling angry. Very angry.

Why did Arthur become angry? What happened to make him feel angry? What does it feel like when you get angry? Do you get loud? Do you feel hot? Maybe your heat beats a bit faster. Often your anger will give you a warning sign to let you know it's coming. What's your warning sign? What could Arthur have done to calm himself down? What do you do? Maybe you could draw a picture of yourself and colour in the parts of your body that feel different when you feel angry. Can you create a helpful leaflet or poster explaining what anger can feel like and things that friends can try to help calm themselves down?

We hope you enjoy today's story.
