Working together to be successful.
This week in one of our PSHE sessions Arctic class used k’nex to explore the skills needed to work successfully as a team.
In advance of this session the class split into groups and planned how they would be a successful team. This included assigning specific roles and listening to each other, as well as using kind words if things don’t go as planned.
The aim of the session was not to have a completed bridge in the allocated time, but to have worked as team from start to end. This included ensuring they allowed time to put all pieces back in the box ready for the next team to use.
At the end of the session each group reflected and self evaluated how they thought their team worked together.
