What an incredible day of firsts for so many today. 

Unfortunately it was too cold at the lake to go rafting this morning (-1), so instead we completed: orienteering around the site using 6 figure grid references; bushcraft, where we learnt how to light a fire; and rifle shooting.

We had lunch at Corfe Castle and loved hearing all the gory and ghostly stories from history that Alex told us. Catching the train back to Swanage, on the historic steam line, was a highlight for many.

This evening we enjoyed songs, games and stories around the bonfire, and the question tonight is ‘what can you take through the green glass door?’
