The Oxford Diocesan Schools Trust have recognised Hannah's excellent leadership skills, and an opportunity to support another school in the trust has come up. From September we have agreed that Hannah will support the Oxford Diocesan Schools Trust school improvement team for an average of a couple of days a week at North Hinksey for the duration of the academic year. As you know Hannah is committed to St Frideswide’s and she will continue to be Headteacher here and will be on site most days. When she is not physically at school, Fiona and Ria will deputise for her, supported by other members of the team. This is a great opportunity for Hannah and for the SLT's ongoing development.
