    Anemones weekly reflect and review

22 September 2023 (by Lisa Brown (LisaB))

Another busy week has been had by all, enjoying the outdoors in all weathers. From making muddy breakfasts to building a plane and flying around the world! It has been a great week of fun and learning.

In phonics the children have been playing listening games such as ‘bear, bear, your honey’s not there,’ perhaps they could show you how to play at home. It’s very tricky.

In maths we have continued to focus on counting and number recognition. The children really enjoyed the play dough numbers.

As part of our topic we have continued to focus on our circus skills, balancing and using the stilts outside and sharing our observational drawing skills as we created our pictures of tigers, parrots and elephants.

We hope you all have a wonderful weekend and look forward to seeing you on Monday morning for another fabulous week.
