In our values gathering this morning, Andy told us about what scientists have discovered about the feeling of joy. He encouraged us to join the joy spotters club, showing us how to see joy in the world every day, giving us 10 top things to help us find joy.
His images of things up, down, round, symmetrical, colourful, and weird gave us lots of joy, as well as helping us to think about smells, sounds and tastes that bring us joy too.
