Goodbye! We hope everyone enjoys the summer break.

The Oceans team have really enjoyed transition week. While it's sad to see children move onto the Explorers phase, it also means an influx of new characters and personalities.

This week we've spent time getting to know each other and consolidating classroom rules. We've played maths games and looked at stories on the theme of hope. It's been a lot of fun. 

Everyone in Oceans and Explorers took part in a mini Olympics yesterday. The children were focused and tried really hard over the four events: 75m sprint, 600m run, throw and standing long jump. Well done to everyone that took part.

School starts again on Tuesday 3rd September. See you then!
