We need to bring joy with our words.
Bishop Steven led us in a gathering this morning.
He told us all about what James said about the strongest part of the body. We thought it could be many parts, but the most important part of the body is the tongue.
Bishop Steven explained that the tongue is like a rudder on a ship, a flame or a horses bit - the words we say can give direction, add positivity, or the opposite.
We were reminded to be kind with our words whilst spreading our value of joy!
