We are updating our media permissions - please complete this google form to confirm your child's media permissions
This form over-rides any previous forms or information you have given us regarding your media preferences for your child. If you do not complete the form by Friday 13th June 2025 we will assume you are happy for us to use photos of your child on our website and social media as well as by the trusted organisations who we work with. Remember, we will never use your child's name in conjunction with their photo.
