Weekly reflect and review20 June 2025 (by Sarah Colverson-Martin (Sarah)) |
What a hot week!
This week the children have enjoyed lots of water play to help keep them cool. Both in the garden and inside.
We have made different modes of transport in the garden and thought about how we have travelled to go on holiday. Aeroplanes were our favourite.
We have created our own master pieces based on the famous artist of Herbert Bayer and Piet Mondrian. The children chose strips of paper and one colour they thought carefully about where to place the lines and which areas they were going to fill.
We have read lots of stories and puppet stories. The children have been retelling them to there friends.
Thank you for supporting the ice cream sale yesterday.
Please remember to sun cream your child before nursery, we are happy to reapply if you provide cream.
The teddy bears picnic will be held on Tuesday 8th July from 11.15 everyone is welcome even if this is a day you don't attend, afternoon children may arrive early a parent must stay.
End of term is Friday 18th July children to be collected at 11.15 No afternoon session on this day.
Have a great weekend, see you Monday.
