Well…we are in Switzerland!  We started by driving to Harwich to get the overnight ferry to Hoek Of Holland.  We cycled through Holland along the river - very flat with no hills!  Sunny weather and lots of Windmills.  We camped in some brilliant places!  Then into Germany,  where they speak a different language German, although many people speak English which they mostly learned in School.   We visited Duisburg, Dusseldorf, Koeln, Mainz and Karlsruhe.  Along the way we passed enormous factories - they use the river to transport what they make, much cheaper than a lorry or the train.  Now we are in Switzerland and have a couple more days of riding - what fun!
