We love spending time outside; especially on the big swing and making shelters in the construction area.  We like to do this whatever the weather, so please make sure you have waterproof coat and footwear in school every day. 

This week in maths we have focused on mixed and improper fractions and properties of 3d shapes - we made our own to help us see, feel and count the faces, edges and vertices.

In English our creative writing has been fantastic, using our imaginations and word banks to describe settings and tell stories based at the seaside (who knew you might find a t-rex there!)

As Scientists we are earning our Crest Award, beginning with learning about forces and space - watch out as we make our own rockets next week.

In our PSHE we have thought about what emotions look like- matching emotions to facial expressions and thinking how we respond to them in ourselves and other people.
