As the children continue to look at the topic of day and night. We have read the story of  ‘Day monkey night monkey’ the children then explored the the light box and coloured shapes, talking about how everything changed colour.

We were very excited to find Jack Frost had visited the garden and frozen the water in the mud kitchen, we had fun breaking free the spoons that he had trapped. 

The children have been practicing their yoga and stretching keeping our bodies flexible and healthy. 

We have played cooperative and turn taking games. This helping to build on our concentration skills, social skills and cooperation. 

A reminder to please join us on either Tuesday 2nd or Thursday 4th for our parent  stay and play session. Squash and biscuits will be available. This is a great opportunity for you to see your child’s key person, observation and join their play. We hope lots of you are able to make it.
