Hi everyone,

We are making a small change to our morning arrival routine to help keep all children safe and make the start of the day calm and organised.

From Tuesday 28/04/2026, for arrivals between 8:20 AM and 9:00 AM:

Where to go -
Please enter the school through the Student Services entrance. This is the only entrance to use at this time.

When you arrive
A parent or carer must come in with their child.
Please sign in at the student desk.
Please tell staff your child’s dinner choice when signing in (if you have not already chosen via MCAS).

We know this is a busy time, so a staff member will be there to help guide children quickly to class.

Some children will always use this entrance:
Children in Aegean and Rock pool
Children in The Quay
Children on a part-time timetable

If your child arrives by taxi
A member of staff will be there to meet your child and stay with them.
Children will never be left alone at the gate.
We will also remind taxi companies about correct drop off times.

After 9:10 AM

The Student Services entrance will be closed.
Please use the Main Reception if your child arrives late after 9:10 AM, has a medical appointment, or needs to be collected early.
