- This week in Explorers we have continued our earthquake and Tsunami topic and had the great privilege of listening to Graham and Lynne, who came into to speak to us about their experience in the 2004 Tsunami, which hit the coast of Sri-Lanka.
- This week in Islands, we have been exploring ‘extreme weather’ and what that looks like in the United Kingdom and around the world and what patterns we can identify.
- This week we have continued to explore Antarctica. We looked at some videos and pictures and used words to describe it. We talked about how it is different from where we live.
- Oceans Rock! This week in Oceans, we've bene learning about rocks and how they are formed.
- Being in school every day makes a difference, it's important!
- We have been working really hard on our handwriting in class. We are making sure we are holding our pencils correctly to form our letters.
- The children in Rockpool were very excited to collect the award today, for 100% attendance all week. Well done Rockpool!

- This week for drawing club we have been exploring the story "Be brave little penguin". We have been thinking about the characters and the settings. We have created some amazing drawings.
