Islands Reflect and Review7 June 2024 (by Lauren Arbour (Lauren)) |
A great start to the last term this academic year!
This week we have been exploring Buddhism, asking the question - What is the best way for a Buddhist to lead a good life? We explored why following instructions is important and how we can be good role models. We thought about the right to free speech and how this linked to Hannah’s gathering on Monday.
Next week we will take on the role of researchers, researching various different animals that can be found in Australia. We will use iPads and Chromebooks to research safely and build a fact file for a chosen animal in partners.
