We had a wonderful harvest service at SS Mary and John church today. Our new reverend, Rvd Martha, talked about words found using the letters that spell harvest:
Earth - we are all a part of the earth and we need to look after the planet as it provides for us (through the growing of old and supporting of life).
Have - we should be grateful for what we have
Starve - we need to remember those who do not have much, thinking about how we can help those in need.
Share - just one of the ways we can help others, whilst also spreading joy.
