• Year 1 had fun at the museum.
  We saw lots of exciting things and have learnt lots about different animals and our world.
• FSU have a great time at the museum
  We loved seeing all of the dinosaurs and fossils.
• Coral Reef visit the chapel
  Reception and Year 1 all visited the chapel we have on site. For Reception this was their first time and everyone was very respectful.
• We’re off on a troll hunt
  Today we began to look for the trolls. We used our binoculars and flew into the forest. We thought about what we might see and what it would be like.
• Year 1 are solving subtraction
  Here we are jumping back along the number line, remembering that going to our starting number does not count as a jump.
• Coral reef learn about brushing our teeth
  This afternoon, with Fiona, we learnt all about how to brush our teeth properly.
• Coral Reef caught something on camera.
  We caught a visitor to our classroom on camera last night. We saw the video all together this afternoon.
• Coral reef begin to think about making a beautiful oops
  This afternoon Laura T read us the story of ‘The Beautiful Oops’ all about turning mistakes into something beautiful. This week we will be making our own ‘oops’ and making them beautiful.
• Year 1 and FSU begin to learn about Creation in RE.
  This afternoon, we have been learning the story of creation in our first RE lesson.
• Coral Reef recognise numbers in maths
  In Maths time today we played games and used Numicon to recognise and show different numbers.
