  This morning we have been joined by Roger and his many bags of Lego.
• Year 2 Let the building commence
  We are busy building our own houses to create into a town all together.
• Year 2 Have built a town!
  Our town is built! All of the buildings and designs were incredible. The children worked really hard on them. Here are just a few photo's.
• Rainbows in year 2
  This afternoon in Leith we looked at how rainbows are formed. We then created our own rainbow in the classroom using lots of objects that we could find.
• Year 2 explore sneaky shadows.
  This morning we heard about a boy who lost his shadow. We discussed how shadows are formed and when we would find a shadow and if or how we could make a shadow disappear.
• Year 2 attended our Sorry Service this afternoon.
  We had a wonderful afternoon in the chapel, celebrating how God forgives us even when we make mistakes.
• Year 2 are having a go at telling the time
  In Maths we have been looking at telling the time, focusing on o'clock, half past, quarter past and quarter to.
• Taff work with Brother Paul
  In our RE elective we have been focusing on the church and what it means to be part of God’s family. Today we enjoyed a visit from our priest, Brother Paul.
