This week in Islands we have continued to explore the Postal System and how Rowland Hill introduced the Penny Black stamp and changed the way mail was sent and received.

We have loved exploring ice this week and we were especially lucky as the weather has been so cold that the children were able to discover ice in our garden too!

This week on our Funky Fingers table the children have been developing their scissor skills as they cut out the different shapes to make a penguin.
